Commercial Availability

The Zephyr^® Endobronchial Valve (EBV) system has received CE mark approval and is commercially available throughout many parts of Europe via a network of carefully selected distributors and dealers. The Zephyr EBV system is also commercially available in Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore.

The device is not yet commercially available in the United States however in September 2007 the Company submitted a PMA application to the FDA seeking approval to market the device in the U.S.
